Martin Kaymer wins the 2014 U.S. Open Championship

Martin Kaymer is the 2014 U.S. Open champion after an amazing performance. Martin finnished the final round by making a 12-foot par putt to post a score of 271, nine under par, the second lowest in the championship's history.

Martin finnished eight strokes clear of Rickie Fowler and Erik Compton.

With his second Major title Martin joins Jack Nicklaus, Raymond Floyd, Lee Trevino and Tiger Woods in the exclusive group of golfers that has won both the U.S. PGA Championship and the U.S. Open Championship.
